I believe in change and evolution. Change is healthy. Change is inevitable. Accepting change however does not mean we should quit thinking about others and let good manners continue to die to the point of near extinction. Simple acts of courtesy and good manners do make a huge difference to the world in which we all live in. Remember, "It is not just your world.”

I can hear it now "Fletch you are just a cranky old man." People can think what they like. I wont change my mind on this one. Some people do not know what courtesy is or have just deliberately chosen to be ignorant and self-indulgent. For those who have here is a random refresher…

Before you start selecting your next team I’m going to throw something out there. “There is no I in team” would be one of the dumbest most stupid clichés in the sporting and business world. We have all heard it. Many of us repeat it and repeat it. Some of us even have it hanging in a frame on our walls. What the hell for?

What about "a champion team will always beat a team of champions" - what a heap of BS. This rarely happens unless they stuff it up. 

In many ways individuals are not much different than companies. Successful companies both big and small work hard daily to build their brand, name and reputation. Why? Because having a trusted and respected brand provides them with big advantages over their competition.

A strong personal brand can do the same for you!
