What are you tolerating?  

Most people have a list of things that they put up with and tolerate even though they continue to irritate them. They stupidly learn to accept them as a part of life. These tolerations may come from relationships, violations of personal boundaries, work environment or may simply be annoying things which for some reason we allow to stay in our lives.

Sometimes (often), the things that irritate us are a result of our own behavior – they are our own fault. We continue to allow these irritations to stress us out and find them frustrating. When our lives are full of irritations that we submit to and tolerate it is impossible to break away and take full control of our lives.

You cannot run a marathon with a stone in your shoe!

The first step in getting on top of your life irritations is to identify them. The second step is the cool part. - develop a strategy to rid your life of all the irritations.
